Game Changer is witnessing a lukewarm response in the Hindi markets. After collecting 7 crores net on its opening day, the film saw a slight drop on Saturday, earning 6.65 crore net, bringing its two-day Hindi total to ₹13.65 crore net.
While some growth in organic collections is visible, it is far from the 40-50% rise required to make a significant impact.

In critical Hindi circuits like Maharashtra, CP Berar, and Odisha, Game Changer has not performed well. For any South Indian film aiming to do well business in these markets is very crucial.
Bollywood trade analysts suggest that out of these 13.65 crores, 5-6 crores of the two-day Hindi collections may be from tickets bought by the makers themselves, leaving only 7-8 crore as the audience-driven organic collections. These are very serious allegations.

For the Hindi version to be deemed a hit, the film needs to collect at least ₹55 crore net, though realistically, ₹65-70 crore is required, considering the costs incurred by the producers to inflate collections.
The Hindi media has been brutal in exposing Game Changer’s box office collections. Are these allegations genuine or are they an attempt to sabotage Telugu films in the North, we can’t say.
