Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s pan-India film Game Changer, directed by Shankar and produced by Dil Raju, garnered massive expectations when it was announced.
But slowly the hype came down with time. The expectations totally crashed after Shankar’s Indian 2 turned out to be an embarrassing disaster.

As Dil Raju’s 50th production, the film has been crafted on a grand scale, overcoming several challenges and escalating budget concerns.
The recently released trailer turned out to be passable much to the relief of makers and fans. The audience now expects a decently entertaining masala film.

With an estimated budget of 300 crores, the film has reportedly done theatrical business worth 250 crores. However, to achieve break-even status, the film needs to collect a staggering 400-450 crores gross at the box office, according to trade analysts.
Only in Hindi, the film needs to do a box office business of 100 crores gross which might be big challenge unless the word of mouth is good.

Game Changer needs to perform well in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala as well making it a critical project to watch out for this Sankranti.
Nevertheless, the Sankranti festive season, Ram Charan’s stardom, and Shankar’s brand as a master storyteller could work in the film’s favor if the first day talk comes out as positive.
