APPLE will host the mega WWDC (Worldwide Developers Conference) 2023 event in June, where it will likely unveil products like the highly-anticipated MR headset, 15-inch MacBook Air, new iOS 17 and more. The event will go live from Apple Park in Cupertino, California, in the presence of CEO Tim Cook, according to The Verge.
While several leaks have hinted at meticulous details about the upcoming event, here is a compilation of the products and software that could release at the grand show.
Apple MR Headset
Arguably the most hyped product of Apple – the Mixed Reality headset (that could be named Reality One or Reality Pro) may launch at the WWDC23, reports suggest. It is expected to deliver both VR (virtual reality) and AR (augmented reality) experiences.
According to Mark Gurman, Chief Correspondent, Bloomberg, the headset will likely have sensors to track hand movements and the eyes of the wearer. Reportedly, it could have a starting price of around $3,000 (over Rs 2,48,700 after price conversion)
However, a reader should note the iPhone maker has not confirmed anything about the product yet.
MacBook Air 15-inch models
While the Air series laptops have adhered to the 13-inch screen size for quite some time, Apple could amp up the screen space to 15 inches this year with the launch of larger MacBook Air machines. The machine will likely draw power from the M2 chip.
iOS 17
The new iPhone OS is rumoured to pack updates like the Personal Voice tool and more. You can read more details on the upcoming iOS 17 here. Other than these, Apple could announce a journaling app to take down “thoughts and activities” of the day. Apple could also allow sideloading apps in certain countries in the upcoming iPhone and iPad software builds.
watchOS 10
The smartwatch OS will likely get significant upgrades in the form of widgets this year at WWDC.

With under two weeks left for WWDC 2023 to go live, the hype will amplify as the dates pass. The event will begin on June 5 at 10:00 AM PT or 10:30 PM IST.
