Fired-up Caitlin Clark gets into spat with fan and pushes rival as tempers flare in WNBA playoff game – after arriving in $1.7k Prada gear

Caitlin Clark briefly lost her cool as she got into an argument with a Connecticut Sun fan early into the Indiana Fever’s crucial WNBA playoff game on Wednesday night.

Clark traded jabs with a Sun fan sitting at courtside, leading security to intervene and need to talk with the individual.

The Fever’s prized rookie was heated after Sun forward DeWanna Bonner was not called for a landing-zone foul while stepping into her path after a 3-point attempt.

With the Fever looking to keep their WNBA playoff hopes alive, Clark could be seen pushing Bonner away before the pair got into it as tempers flared.

The 22-year-old appeared furious with the no-call after she went down under a challenge from the Sun star.

Lexie Hull, Clark’s teammate, was quick to step in to separate the two, but also get some words in with Bonner.

Clark started the angry sequence by chirping at the nearby referee about the no-call.

Bonner stood right near the conversation and interjected, leading to Clark shoving her Sun opponent.

The more-heated moments in sports are common in playoff games with the stakes of every possession. That has more than translated to Clark, who knows her rookie season is over with a loss on Wednesday night.

Bonner and Clark both started for Team WNBA during the league’s All-Star Game in July after both did not make Team USA for the Paris Olympics.

The WNBA All-Stars handed Team USA their only loss of the summer that night in Phoenix.
