The Telangana Congress has put up posters saying, ‘Digest the Growth’ at HiTech city and Gachibowli flyover. What is catching the attention of many is the usage of KCR and KTR’s pictures on the posters holding their tummies.

The Congress government under Revanth Reddy has claimed to have secured Rs 1.75 lakh crore investments for the Telangana state. The opposition BRS spokesperson M Krishank has pointed out that Revanth’s deputy CM has commented that MoUs don’t mean actual investments.
Krishank further alleged that Revanth Reddy has made the whole Davos trip a bogus issue. The same happened last year when Revanth Reddy and his team spoke of Rs 40,000 crore investments, but even 40 paise investments didn’t happen.

Krishank further said that Davos was like a destination wedding. The bride is from here, the groom is from here, but the wedding is happening in Davos.
Why sign MoUs in Davos with local companies instead of looking at international investments, he said. Another important point was that Revanth Reddy was not aware of who he was meeting.

Krishank gave the example of Sun Petro, where the CMO gave out pictures of Revanth with Dilip Shanghvi to media. But one has to be aware that the real Dilip Shanghvi is a different person, Krishank pointed out.
The BRS spokesperson also said that Amazon data Centre came to Hyderabad during BRS time and so was the case with Ikea.
Krishank further said Revanth Reddy belittled KTR for being a techie, but he has to remember that techies are business leaders and quoted examples of Satya Nadella and Elon Musk.
During its time, KTR claimed of bringing home Rs 21,000 crore investments. The BRS has been hitting out at Revanth Reddy through various media channels through out his Davos tour.
Looks like the Telangana CM is once again in a mood to run down KTR and KCR as BRS is trying to instigate people on ground level by holding meetings in mofussil areas ahead of local polls apart from deriding his Davos trip.
