AP Government Employees Federation President Venkat Rami Reddy is known to be a YSR Congress Sympathizer. We have seen him work for YSR Congress directly in the past. He instigated the employees to vote against the TDP in the 2019 elections.
Later, he became powerful in the Secretariat with the support of the Government.

Even in the new Government, Venkat Rami Reddy is not yielding and is talking against the Government.
“Village and Ward Secretariat Staff are going to people’s homes in the early hours of the morning, knocking on their doors, waking them up and distributing pensions. There is nothing worse than this. Is this a work environment that is conducive to employees? What is the harm in giving the pension at 8 AM instead of 5 AM? If the pension is not distributed within these three hours, will the world turn upside down?,” Venkat Rami Reddy said to the media.

This model of distributing the pensions early in the morning started in the YSR Congress Government and the new Government is following the same.
The only difference is Volunteers used to distribute the pensions earlier now Secretariat Staff are doing.

We have not seen Venkat Rami Reddy asking the Jagan Government if the world will turn upside down if the pension is delayed by three hours.
We did not see him asking Jagan the same when Government Teachers were given duties of maintaining queues at the wine shops and monitoring the cleaning of bathrooms in the schools.
These type of Fake Employee Association Presidents should be weeded out of the system. They do not care for the employees. They only work for the political interests of their bosses.
Chandrababu Naidu should not take people like these lightly. We have seen how they turned the Government employees against the TDP in 2019.
