Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan met Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy earlier today at the latter’s residence in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
Pawan met Revanth to hand over a cheque of Rs. 1 crore, which he had promised to donate to the Telangana CM Relief Fund to help the flood victims in the state.

The two leaders spent time together discussing various aspects of maintaining a healthy relationship between the Telugu states, as well as other key issues.
Pawan announced a total of Rs. 6 crores for the AP and Telangana CM Relief Funds. While he donated one crore to Telangana, he contributed Rs. 5 crores to AP.

Pawan announced a Rs. 1 crore donation to the AP CM Relief Fund. Later, he pledged Rs. 1 lakh each to 400 flood-affected villages, totalling Rs. 4 crores. This amount will be directly transferred to the respective gram panchayats of those villages.
Both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh were severely hit by the recent floods. Various film industry celebrities, business tycoons, politicians, and common people came forward to help by pledging their financial support.
