The makers had originally planned to release the film on December 20. However, with major films like Pushpa and Mufasa scheduled for the same timeframe, it appears that the release will be postponed.

This situation reminds the previous collaboration between Dil Raju and Ram Charan on the film Evadu, which also faced unforeseen challenges.

The budget for Game Changer has significantly increased, following a similar trend seen with Evadu, directed by Vamsi Paidipally.

The budget escalation led to a release delay of nearly six months, forcing Dil Raju to make considerable compromises for Evadu. As for Game Changer, he is currently navigating similar challenges.

Initially, there were plans to release Evadu in December, but due to various reasons, it eventually premiered during the Sankranti festival.

Now, there are discussions about moving Game Changer to a Sankranti release as well, creating a curious pattern where both films produced under the Dil Raju-Ram Charan combination have faced similar release scenarios.

Evadu turned out to be a decent film and a reasonable box-office success. Let’s hope Game Changer follows that pattern as well.
