    Cucumber

    Cucumber is regarded as the best summer vegetable, filled with 95 per cent water content. Apart from water, it is also rich in nutrients like vitamin K, potassium, and magnesium. It can be eaten to prevent heat stroke as well as dehydration.

    Watermelon

    As per studies, a watermelon contains around 92 per cent water, making it an ideal fruit for summer. It removes excess heat from the body and also keeps it cool, reducing heat stroke risk.

    Kiwi

    The kiwi fruit consists of 90 per cent water and consuming it ensures good hydration. According to studies, it also improves the level of electrolytes in the body, greatly avoiding heat stroke risk.

    Radish

    Containing around 95 per cent of water, this root vegetable is an ideal food item for summer. It is rich in nutrients like vitamin C and is a very good source of fibre. Furthermore, it is very low in calories.
