The name of Jana Sena leader and Pawan Kalyan’s brother Naga Babu has been finalized as MLC candidate. Jana Sena head Pawan Kalyan confirmed his candidature. Pawan Kalyan asked Naga Babu to file his nomination.
A few days back, three Rajya Sabha seats fell vacant. Out of them, two were taken by TDP and one was taken by BJP. Prior to that, it was said Naga Babu will be given Rajya Sabha seat. At the time, Babu had said he will be inducting Naga BAbu into state cabinet.

As per Pawan Kalyan’s request, Babu was keen on taking Naga Babu into the cabinet. So, a seat in MLA quota MLC elections was set aside for Naga Babu.
However, after the announcement of MLC elections, there was talk that Naga Babu will be made Corporation chairman.

Now, it is final that Naga Babu is MLA quota MLC candidate. This will mark the political entry of the third Konidela brother into active politics.
Naga Babu has been quite active expressing his views ever since Jana Sena Party came into existence.
