Earlier this week, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan met Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and discussed the swearing ceremony of his brother Naga Babu. Chandrababu recently confirmed a cabinet berth for Naga Babu.
There were reports that Chandrababu asked Pawan Kalyan to wait until after Sankranthi.

Rumors are rife that Naga Babu will be given the Cinematography and Tourism Portfolios that were currently with another Janasena Minister Kandula Durgesh and Durgesh will be given the Mines Portfolio.
Cinematography Portfolio means Naga Babu will be the Point of Contact going forward for the Film Industry people.

However, some leaders in Janasena are unhappy about Pawan Kalyan prioritizing his brother for the cabinet berth while ignoring people like them who worked hard for the party in the last ten years.
They are criticizing that Naga Babu could not ensure the victory of Prakash Raj in the MAA elections and it will be a joke if he gets that portfolio.

Sources say that Pawan Kalyan entrusted the task of pacifying them to Minister Nadendla Manohar and MLC P Hari Prasad.
It is known to our readers that TDP leaders are also unhappy about Chandrababu giving a cabinet berth to Naga Babu while ignoring many seniors in the party in the name of caste equations.
They are also unhappy with Naga Babu for his earlier comments on Balakrishna and the TDP.
