Speculations are rife that the BJP may nominate Megastar Chiranjeevi for the Rajya Sabha Seat vacated by Vijayasai Reddy.
The Saffron Party is keen on wooing the Kapu Community’s votes by showing preferential treatment to Pawan Kalyan and Chiranjeevi.

TDP is entitled to get the seat owing to its strength in the Assembly. It is not clear if Chandrababu has agreed to give this seat to the BJP but the speculations are rife.
Meanwhile, Megastar Chiranjeevi had attended a Private Program along with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in Hyderabad.

Both of them were cordial and spoke highly about each other.
It is interesting that Chiranjeevi is seen alongside a Congress Chief Minister while the speculations of the BJP nominating him to the Upper House are rife.

Is this a message from the Megastar?
Is he saying that he is an Andarivadu and is not interested in Politics?
It is also an indirect message to the BJP High Command that Chiranjeevi can not be confined to a single party. He is someone who aspires to be in the good books of every party.
And that brings us to the question if Chiranjeevi’s nomination to Rajya Sabha will serve the purpose of bringing Political Capital to the Saffron Party.
Along with Chiranjeevi, the name of former Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy is also being heard for this seat.
