AP CM Chandrababu Naidu revealed the plan for the construction launch dates and completion dates of the key buildings in Amaravati Capital City.
Speaking at the Assembly today, Naidu said that the Amaravati Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) came up with a comprehensive plan to finish the construction of important structures in the city.

He said, “We have cancelled all old tenders and invited new tenders. We will start the works on 15th December, and we will hand over MLA quarters to all MLAs right here so that they can stay right here, and there will be no need to go to the city.”
The Group-B, Group-D, and Gazetted officers’ quarters and NGOs, AIS Quarters, Ministers, and Judges’ Bungalows will also start on December 15th and will be completed in nine months.

LPS Infrastructure Zones 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 will begin on December 15th and will be finished in 24 months. LPS Infrastructure Zones 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 12A will begin on December 20th and will also be finished in 24 months.
The construction of Secretariat Towers and the High Court will begin on January 1st, 2025, and will be finished in 30 months. The construction of the Assembly will start on January 30th and will be completed in 30 months. The construction of Public and Private Land allottees will begin on January 15th and will be completed in 24 months.

Naidu affirmed that in an overall 30 months, which translates to less than three years, Amaravati will take shape and make people proud. He said that Rs. 50,000 crores are being invested in these constructions.
