The Pulivendula police have concluded that the case filed by ex minister Vivekananda Reddy’s PA Krishna Reddy is baseless.
When YSRCP was in power, Viveka’s PA Krishna Reddy filed a case against Viveka’s daughter Sunita, son-in-law Rajasekhar Reddy and CBI SP Ram Singh on December 15, 2023.

The police have concluded that that the case is false on the three accused. To this effect, Pulivendula DSP filed a final chargesheet in Jammalamadugu court.
They produced the chargesheet in Jammalamadugu as the Pulivendula magistrate was on leave. It was mentioned in the chargesheet that 23 witnesses were questioned during the process.

Krishna Reddy had alleged that Sunita, Rajasekhar Reddy and SP Ram Singh put pressure on him to give a statement as told by them on Devireddy Siva Sankara Reddy and other political leaders.
Krishna Reddy approached the Pulivendula court and asked for action to be taken against the three in Viveka’s murder case. He had complained that Sunita and her husband Rajasekhar Reddy used criminal force against him, threatened him of dire consequences and demanded he give false evidence.

At the time, Krishna Reddy said he was confined in Kadapa central jail guest house and threatened to give false evidence. Krishna Reddy said SP Ram Singh told him that Dastagiri and Rangaiah were let off as they acted as per his orders. Krishna Reddy said SP Ram Singh warned that his bail would be canceled if he didn’t cooperate. He also claimed that SP Ram Singh assaulted him in front of his two sons.
It has to be mentioned here that the police issued notices to Krishna Reddy in February, 2025, regarding the case.
