The highly anticipated Indian adaptation of Priyanka Chopra’s Citadel series, now titled Citadel Honey Bunny, has unveiled its first teaser, featuring Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead roles. Early reactions suggest that this version might even surpass the original.
The teaser begins with a suspenseful introduction to Varun and Samantha’s characters, quickly transitioning into a high-octane action scene set to a revamped version of “Raat Baaki” from Namak Halal.

Following the teaser’s release, a press meet saw Varun Dhawan praising Samantha’s incredible dedication, particularly in light of her battle with myositis. He highlighted Samantha’s resilience and added that her dedication inspired the entire team, including directors Raj and DK and everyone at Amazon.
Despite her health challenges, Samantha’s performance in the action sequences is remarkable, showcasing her extensive rehearsals and commitment.
