The police have found that rowdysheeter Borugadda Anil Kumar made conference calls with YSRCP top leaders during his remand time in Rajamahendravaram jail.
Borugadda is wanted in cases relating to using offensive and obscene language against the women in families of Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan.

The seed to produce fake certificates claiming his mother’s illness for producing them before Court also came about during these conference calls, the police say.
It is being said that the Rajamahendravaram police did not monitor the movements or calls of Borugadda in jail. In fact, he was given royal treatment in jail, criticise many.

As per rules, convicts in remand get to make three calls in a week. These calls are recorded and the police has to be alert if any red flags appear.
However, in case of highly controversial convict Borugadda Anil Kumar, the police did no monitoring. It was found that Borugadda would call a number first. The other person would then connect him to other YSRCP leaders, the police say.

Though Borugadda spoke openly and without any fear during these calls, the police did not interfere.
Now questions are being raised about Borugadda getting interim bail, which was kept under wraps.
Already there is talk that there are YSRCP leaders behind Borugadda’s offensive and obscene talk. Now, it has been seen that they are the ones who helped to bring him out of jail.
To make sure his family knew about him, Boragadda got his sister’s name registered in police records. Did he call her? Did he call another number? Who all was he on conference call with… all these details are likely to come out once the police get CDR records. The information is bound to show the nexus between Boragadda and YSRCP leaders.
