RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat criticized OTT platforms for spreading bad content and poor values. He spoke at the Vijayadashami rally in Nagpur, expressing worries about how this content affects young people.
Bhagwat said children now have access to unfiltered content on mobile phones. He described some of this content as disgusting and a threat to decency. He called for laws to regulate what is shown on these platforms.

He also connected the decline in traditional values to issues like drug addiction and violence against women. He mentioned the recent rape and murder case in Kolkata and criticized those who protect criminals.
Bhagwat emphasized the importance of the value ‘Maatrivat Paradaareshu,’ which means treating women with respect. He warned that ignoring these values is harmful to society.

The RSS also posted on social media, framing Bhagwat’s statements as a rallying cry for its supporters to take action to preserve cultural values.
