Actor Soniya Bansal, best known for her stint on Bigg Boss Season 17, recently revealed that she has decided to quit the entertainment industry. During a recent interview, the Dubki actor shared that while the industry gave her fame, she never actually found peace.

In a conversation with ETimes, Soniya opened up about losing herself in the pursuit of money, fame, and popularity. Despite having it all, she gradually lost sight of who she truly was. Soniya added, “But what I didn’t have was peace. Money is of no use if the person is not at peace? “You may have everything externally, but if you’re empty inside, it’s a very dark place to be.”

The actor added that she now wants to become a life coach and spiritual healer.

Soniya Bansal began her acting career with the film Naughty Gang and went on to appear in films like Dubki, Game 100 Crore Ka, and Shoorveer. She made her Telugu debut with Dheera, starring alongside Laksh Chadalavada and Neha Pathan. In 2023, she participated in Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 17, though she was the first contestant to be evicted that season.
