Actor Allu Arjun received relief from the Andhra Pradesh High Court as the magistrate ordered not to take any further action against him till November 6.
Nandyal City Police have filed a case against Allu Arjun and Nandyal’s former MLA, Silpa Ravi Chandra Kishore Reddy for violating the Election Commission’s Model Code of Conduct.

Notably, Allu Arjun participated in a huge public gathering in Nandyal during the elections, campaigning for Silpa Ravi. Upon Allu Arjun’s arrival, a huge motorcycle and car rally was taken up in Nandyal and later, a huge number of people were also gathered at Silpa Ravi’s residence.
Even though no prior permission was taken, the police officials provided security for Allu Arjun’s visit. A few individuals took this incident to the Election Commission, leading the Nandyal Two Town Police to register and FIR against Allu Arjun and Silpa Ravi.

Allu Arjun and Silpa Ravi filed a petition against this case in the High Court, requesting to dismiss it. Upon hearing the case today, the magistrate ordered the police not to take any action till November 6. It stated that the verdict of this case will be delivered on the same day.
