There is no debating the fact that Pushpa 2 is one of the better placed films in terms of pan-Indina box office prospects. The sequel advantage and the added bonus of deeper penetration of Pushpa mannerism are going to work big time for the film.
Coming to the topic now, there is a big void for the superstar film excitement in Tollywood now. This was observed in the case of Devara.

For Devara, regardless of the talk, the audience thronged the theaters and it had a long run at the box office. This was partly due to the cravings of the audience to watch a superstar film.
Now again, after Devara, there is nearly 70 days gap for Pushpa 2. This film is set for arrival in theaters in December and it would essentially come out when the void for big hero films is again at its peak.

There are a few mid range films in between but they can’t quite trench the thrust for big hero big film experience. This is where Pushpa 2 could score heavily.
The void had earlier worked for Devara and helped in overflows on multiple weekends and the same could be observed for Pushpa 2. By the looks of it, Pushpa 2 will have a few carefully designed theatrical moments like Jathara, interval and elevation blocks.

This should be sufficient to offer big hero experience apart from the obvious sequel hype.
