It has become common in the last 11-12 years that every superstar has promoted his or her film in Kapil’s show. The same happened this week on the occasion of Devara’s release.
Kapil’s comedy series on Netflix witnessed the presence of Jr. NTR, Janhvi Kapoor, and Saif Ali Khan as guests. However, the sequences were not as funny as expected until an act based on the characters of Baahubali came to the rescue.

Notably, the comedy act ran for around 20 minutes and it featured Krushna Abhishek appearing as Rajmata alongside Kiku Sharda as Katappa. This was not the end as Sunil Grover also arrived at a point, portraying S.S. Rajamouli.
Even if things fall flat, Sunil always manages to save the fun of every episode. The reason is his expertise in appearing as any character from any film or TV show. Over the years, audiences have seen him playing Dharmendra, Salman Khan, and even Shah Rukh Khan.

But apart from all this, there was hardly any discussion related to Devara in the episode. This is uncommon considering that Kapil always has questions related to the film, despite adding a comedy tone to the same. It seems like the show is only working as a medium to bring more viewers to Netflix.
The Great Indian Kapil Show has managed to grab the top spot in the list of the most popular series on the streaming platform. With these minor issues getting public attention, it remains to be seen if it can continue to remain in the same position for the upcoming months.
