    Asian Games 2023 Day 14 Live Updates: Deepak Punia went down fighting in the 86kg freestyle wrestling final as India added another silver medal to their tally. Earlier, India defeated defending champions Iran in a controversy-hit men’s kabaddi final to reclaim gold medal at the Asian Games on Saturday (October 7). Meanwhile, the Indian men’s cricket team won gold after the final was washed out due to rain. Afghanistan had to settle for a silver as India was awarded the gold for having a higher seeding in the event. In badminton, Chirag Shetty and Satwiksairaj Rankireddy created history by winning India’s first gold medal in badminton at Asian Games.
