Supreme Court allows Arvind Kejriwal to withdraw his petition challenging the June 21 interim stay order of the Delhi High Court.
The Bench of Justices Manoj Misra and SV Bhatti records Mr. Singhvi’s submissions that he intends to withdraw the current petition to file a fresh one challenging the final order passed by the Delhi HC on June 25.
Additional Solicitor General SV Raju makes no objection to Mr. Kejriwal’s plea to withdraw.
SC dismisses the petition as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one.
