Apple has added a ‘Sports’ tab in Apple News. Users can follow their favourite players and teams on the new page and track different leagues. Moreover, the ‘My Sports’ schedule and scorecards in the app will open a new page where users can get more information about games.
The latest update also brings a pride celebration wallpaper with some animations to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and can be set on both the home screen and lock screen.
As for bug fixes, Apple seems to have finally fixed a bunch of issues like Spotlight becoming unresponsive, Screen Time settings resetting or not syncing across devices and Podcasts in CarPlay unable to load content.
How to download iOS 16.5 update
To download iOS 16.5 update, simply head over to your iPhone’s ‘Settings’ app, find and tap on ‘General’ and click on ‘Software Update’ and enable automatic updates. Once done, click on the ‘Install Now’ button to update your iPhone to iOS 16.5 and you are good to go.
You can use your mobile data or Wi-Fi to download the new update, but we recommend users download the OTA on Wi-Fi as the update may be big in size and exhaust your daily mobile data limit.
