When in power, YCP leaders and supporters often made derogatory and offensive remarks on both mainstream and social media. Actor Posani Krishna Murali was one of those individuals who frequently used abusive language and made derogatory comments about AP CM Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan.
Recently, a few Janasena leaders lodged a police complaint regarding offensive remarks Posani made in the past about Pawan Kalyan and the women in his family.

In a new development, State Telugu Yuvatha representative Bandaru Vamshi Krishna filed a complaint with the AP CID, accusing Posani of making derogatory comments and spreading fake news about Chandrababu Naidu in September this year.
The complaint claims that Posani’s statements were aimed at tarnishing the CM’s image. Reportedly, the complaint was filed on October 9 but only came to limelight today.

The AP CID officials accepted the complaint and registered a case against Posani under Sections 111, 196, 353, 259, 336(3)(4), 341, and 61(2) of the BNS Act.
Apart from Posani, cases have also been filed against director Ram Gopal Varma and actress Sri Reddy for making offensive remarks against Chandrababu Naidu, Lokesh, Pawan Kalyan, and other TDP and JSP leaders.
