Workers belonging to the PML-N, Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) and the PPP — parties in the ruling Pakistan Democratic Movement — have entered Islamabad’s Red Zone to protest against the judiciary for providing “blanket relief” to former Pakistan PM Imran Khan, as per local media reports. The protests are happening despite the imposition of Section 144 in the federal capital.Â
Earlier, PDM workers who came out in the form of caravans carried the flags of their parties, while at some places, in the form of protest rallies, the workers raised slogans against the SC chief justice and in favour of the Pakistan Army, the Express Tribune reported.Â
