In this scenario, yesterday, the Suriya 45 team officially announced that the recent music sensation Sai Abhyankkar would be the musical composer for the movie, replacing AR Rahman.

This announcement shocked Suriya’s fans, as even during the movie’s first official announcement, AR Rahman’s name was the only one mentioned as the musical composer. However, the team has now replaced him with Sai Abhyankkar.
The Suriya 45 movie will be Sai Abhyankkar’s second project, after Raghava Lawrence’s Benz. After back-to-back chartbuster songs like Katchi Sera and Aasa Kooda, Sai Abhyankkar has secured the chance to work as a music composer for the next two big films in Kollywood.

Additionally, there is a strong buzz that GV Prakash will collaborate with Sai Abhyankkar to compose the music album for the movie.
Following Sai Abhyankkar’s replacement in the movie, many fans on social media responded, stating that the buzz about AR Rahman taking a break might indeed be true, which could be the reason why he opted out of the project.
