It was in February this year when Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sobhita Dhulipalaand Tillotama Shome stormed the internet with their performance in the Indian adaptation of the thriller drama, The Night Manager, created by Sandeep Modi and Shridhar Raghavan. The original British version, which had about six episodes, was released as a whole series together, but the Indian makers decided to split the show into two parts, keeping a gap of four months between the two.It was at FICCI Frames in May, that
Anil Kapoor announced the release date of part 2 of the Disney+ Hotstar series, which was June 30.
However, we are now learning that the makers have decided to release the show one day before the scheduled date, i.e today, June 29. A source close to the development informed ETimes that the platform and the makers of the show are getting a massive response from the audience and keeping them in mind, the decision to drop the second part today itself was taken.
The original show had names like Tom Hiddleston, Hugh Laurie and Olivia Colman attached to it; Olivia even won a Golden Globe for her performance in the show.
