Andrew Tate Under House Arrest Over Serious Sexual Allegations

Google Removes Andrew Tate's App From Playstore

Andrew Tate continues to be in the limelight for all the wrong reasons. The social media influencer is put under house arrest in Romania for 30 days following new allegations of human trafficking and sex with minors. Tate has been arrested on multiple occasions previously on charges of sexual aggression, rape, human trafficking, and forming a criminal gang to exploit women.

The local tribunal had already detained six people on Wednesday including Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan, after a police raid in four homes. Tate has obviously denied all the allegations and went on a tirade in front of the media following his arrest.

Andrew Tate became a viral sensation with his videos promoting ultra-masculine lifestyle and his views denigrating women and rejecting gender equality. This led to the rise of many “red pill” influencers following his footsteps and promoting the same toxic masculinity.

The self-proclaimed misogynist is banned from all the major social media platforms except X. His content still circulates on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok via fan accounts propagating his problematic views. While this garners him more hate, Andrew Tate’s X account continues to grow despite being arrested for serious crimes multiple times.
