The latest gossip on Taran Adarsh’s Bollywood portal reveals that Sukumar is fully occupied with the film’s editing, and there are still seven days of shooting left, including a song (2 days shoot) and the climax (5 days shoot).
The report mentions that while director Sukumar is busy in the edit suite, Allu Arjun is taking care of the climax.

This sounds strange. If true, Sukumar might be giving instructions over the phone or watching the shoot live from his edit room, but the climax is the most important part of the film.
It’s odd that the director isn’t present at the shooting location, especially for a massive film like Pushpa 2.

Whether this news is accurate or not, Sukumar should learn to work professionally.
Ideally, he should have locked the final copy by now and be touring different states with Allu Arjun to promote the film.
Instead, he is setting a very bad example.
The first part was released in January 2022, which means he had 1,049 days, 149 weeks, and 34 months (close to three years), and he still hasn’t locked the copy. What a shame!
