The duo are exchanging rings in the presence of their family and close friends at Varun’s Hyderabad home. Moments before the engagement, Varun’s cousins Allu Arjun, Ram Charan, and superstar Chiranjeevi were seen arriving in their swanky SUVs.
ALLU ARJUN, RAM CHARAN ARRIVE AT VARUN-LAVANYA’S ENGAGEMENT
Lavanya Tripathi appeared lovely in a saree and flowers on her hair as she arrived at Varun Tej’s Hyderabad residence for their engagement. And now, Varun’s cousin, superstar Allu Arjun, has dropped in for the celebrations with his family. The Pushpa star can be seen wearing a beige kurta as he made his way to the family function.
Soon after, Ram Charan was also spotted arriving with pregnant Upasana.

ABOUT VARUN AND LAVANYA’S ENGAGEMENT
As IndiaToday.in had reported earlier, the duo is all set to get engaged at Varun Tej’s home in Hyderabad. Their close friends and family members are attending the intimate ceremony. Varun Tej’s cousins, which include the entire Allu and Mega family, will be a part of the special occasion. While cousins Allu Arjun and Ram Charan are already here, Sai Dharam Tej, Panja Vaisshnav Tej and Allu Aravind, among others, are expected to attend the engagement.
VARUN TEJ AND LAVANYA’S LOVE STORY
As filmy as it can get, Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi met each other for the first time on the sets of Mister (2017). It is said that the couple became close friends during the film’s shooting and eventually, their friendship blossomed into love. Thus, they began dating. However, the duo decided to keep their relationship under wraps for the longest time.
It is only during the shooting of their second film, Antariksham 9000 KMPH, when rumours about their relationship surfaced. The two eventually started attending events and parties together, which added fuel to the fire. When Varun’s sister and actress Niharika Konidela got married in 2020, Lavanya was one of the few celebs to attend it. Her presence further piqued interest about their relationship.
For the unaware, Varun and Lavanya have shared screen space in two films so far. Reportedly, it was Varun who decided to take their relationship to the next level by proposing marriage to Lavanya on her birthday. It falls on December 15. Later, the two stars spoke to their respective parents and got their approval for their wedding. They remained tight-lipped about their relationship so far. All that we are now waiting for, is the couple making their engagement Insta-official soon.
