A post has gone viral where the Pakistan international fast-bowler, Hasan Ali had posted an Instagram story in support of the victims who suffered from the attack.
The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Tuesday released a sketch of a terrorist involved in the attack on a passenger bus in Reasi district and announced a Rs 20 lakh reward for information about him.
“Reasi police announce a reward of Rs 20 lakh for any fruitful information about the whereabouts of the terrorist involved in the recent attack on the Yatri bus in the area of Pouni,” a police spokesman said.
The sketch of the terrorist was prepared based on the description given by eyewitnesses, he said and appealed to people to provide information.
Extensive efforts to track down the terrorists involved in the attack were underway on Tuesday, with 11 teams of security personnel working on the ground and a multi-directional cordon laid around the Ranso-Poni-Treyath belt, officials said.
The quick bowler is currently not part of the Pakistan squad that is taking part in the T20 World Cup 2024. The 2009 champions now find themselves at the brink of a shocking group-stage exit after losing out to the likes of USA and arch-rivals India.
They registered their first win in the campaign against Canada and will be looking to get a big win against Ireland and hope that the other teams make the situation favourable for Babar Azam’s side.
