Ajay Devgn has leased out one of his premium office units in Mumbai’s Andheri West for a monthly rent of ₹5.47 lakh, according to documents accessed on the Maharashtra government’s property registration portal and reviewed by Square Yards. The lease, which began in May 2025, was registered with a stamp duty of ₹85,500 and a registration fee of ₹1,000.
The rented office space, measuring 2,545 sq. ft. carpet area, is located in the commercial development Signature by Lotus and has been let out to Bombay Design Centre Private Limited. The lease term spans five years, from May 2025 to April 2030, and includes an initial fit-out period. While the rent remains ₹5.47 lakh per month for the first three years, it increases to ₹6.29 lakh per month in the final two years. The actor will earn Rs 3.3 crore over a period of 5 years.

Ajay had purchased three adjacent office units in the same building in April 2023 for a total of ₹30.35 crore, implying a per-unit cost of roughly ₹10.12 crore. The current rental agreement applies to one of these units. Based on the terms of the rental agreement and the estimated cost of acquisition, Square Yards pegs the rental yield at approximately 6.5% for the first three years and up to 7.5% during the latter part of the lease term. The agreement also includes a security deposit of ₹16.42 lakh.

Last year, a video of Ajay and Kajol’s luxurious 5-BHK villa in Goa was featured on Curly Tales’ YouTube channel.
