This is the biggest front-end deal by an actor in the modern era. He has allotted bulk dates from August 2025, with filming expected to begin between August and October, depending on pre-production timelines. Currently, the pre-production work for the film is happening in Dubai.

As a result, Allu Arjun has been frequently traveling between Dubai and Hyderabad. This has led to several leaks about the project. The latest buzz is that Bunny will be playing a hero-cum-villain in the film.

However, there are doubts about whether he would take such a big risk so early in his pan-India career. In his previous film, Pushpa, though he was the hero, his character had strong negative shades, as he played a red sandalwood smuggler.

Because of this, there was a heavy backlash about his role. Many intellectuals questioned how such a character could be considered a hero.

Some even criticized the fact that a national award was given for such a role. Due to this backlash, insiders believe that Allu Arjun is unlikely to play a full-fledged villain anytime soon.

Now that he has become a pan-India star, he needs to maintain a strong and positive solo image in the market. Cinema has a direct or indirect impact on society, and many believe that actors should be more conscious of the kind of roles they choose.

But if it’s a double role as both hero and villain, any actor would love to take up such an exciting challenge as it gives them a chance to show their versatility as an actor. So, we have to see what Allu Arjun has agreed to do in Atlee’s film.
