Adam Peaty-led Team GB narrowly miss out on a medal in the 4x100m medley relay… with the USA missing out on gold in the event for the first time in their history as China triumph

Team GB finished fourth in the men’s 4x100m medley relay on Sunday evening to narrowly miss out on a medal.

In the final men’s swimming event of the games in Paris, Oliver Morgan was tasked with getting his team off to a strong start in an event the USA and China were expected to vye for gold.
