Siddharth’s latest Tamil film Miss You arrived in theatres this Friday. It was expected to become a decent hit considering the main theme of romance. However, the results have turned out to be something else.
Although some reports have claimed that the film received a positive response, it accumulated only Rs. 2.39 crores in four days. The number for the 4th day is reported to be only Rs. 41 lakhs, which has proved the audience’s disinterest.

The opening day collection was stated to be Rs. 45 lakhs and it witnessed a minor growth on day 2 with Rs. 73 lakhs. It is clear for now that Miss You will eventually turn out to be a big flop in the end.
It seems like Siddharth’s comments on Pushpa 2: The Rule and Allu Arjun have not been well-received by the public. The anger of the public is becoming visible in the box office numbers.

Siddharth addressed the trailer launch event of Pushpa 2 at Patna as he appeared for an interview a few days ago, saying that a big crowd gathering at the event is not a big thing since a JBC digging site can also attract a large number of people nowadays.
Siddharth was seemingly taking a dig at Allu Arjun and Pushpa 2 with the comments. While Pushpa 2 has collected almost Rs. 1,000 crores at the box office, Siddharth’s film could not even gross more than Rs. 2 crores.

This is a sign that every actor needs to be careful while making a statement. Siddharth has himself not delivered a good number and he was trying to troll Allu Arjun.
Siddharth needs to understand that the public does not like to hear such statements, especially when someone is delivering the numbers.
Siddharth has a few more films on the way and it remains to be seen if audiences will forget his statement and line up at the ticket counters to watch his film.
