While Sitaare Zameen Par is wrapping its two-week collections, Aamir Khan has already declared it a superhit film. On a fact check one realizes that it has made 130 crore rupees so far and at maximum it will gross to 160 crore rupees lifetime.
Aamir recently appeared in an interview with Komal Nahta where he revealed how he felt totally relieved when Komal liked his film. He shared that he takes his reviews very seriously as Komal bluntly tells him about what he likes and disliked about the film.

The film had a theatrical footfall of less than 1 crore people in a country that is densely populated with over 140 crore people. With hardly 1 crore tickets sold, the film failed to unleash its full potential as per film pundits and cinephiles.
