3 nutritionist-approved foods for tiredness and lethargy

The race against time to complete all tasks and responsibilities of life often leads to tiredness and lethargy, and sometimes it leads to major health issues. Hence, it is important to pay attention to it and look for solutions. Nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar recently shared a video on Instagram where she paid attention to the issue and also suggested three natural foods that can help handle lethargy and tiredness. Scroll down to read the details.
    Aliv seed laddoo with milk
Aliv seed, halim, or garden cress seeds are rich in folic acid and iron and can boost hemoglobin levels. She suggests consuming them in the form of laddoo along with milk. To make laddoos, first soak these seeds in coconut water or plain water. You can add jaggery, grated coconut, and other ingredients of your choice. Eating them right before sleep helps boost the sleep cycle too.

    Soaked and cooked pulses
Rujuta suggests soaking pulses for 4-6 hours, then tying them in a muslin cloth and letting them sprout. These sprouts can be used to make snacks, salads, or even curries. Low levels of energy are often due to a low intake of minerals; eating these will help boost protein intake and amino acid intake and will slowly boost your energy levels.
