On the women’s reservation bill, former CM of Uttarakhand and senior Congress leader Harish Rawat says, “We (our party and alliance) would like that, as a farewell, the old Parliament should be given the honour of passing the women’s reservation bill…If possible, increase the percentage of reservations… The old Parliament, which has Central Hall, has memories from Bhagat Singh to Nehru… So if we really want to honour the old Parliament in this session, then the historic work should be done there…
