, is returning with a new Hindi play. The actress spoke about her break from work and how she learnt a few new skills like organic farming and stayed with her family.
The actress, who is still remembered as ATM, said she has no qualms or any hatred towards anybody.
Speaking about her break, Neha shared, “Due to COVID crisis my family asked me to come back as the situation was very bad as we all know. I went to my family, my parents and my brother. They called me to stay with them and I went to Gujarat. I did organic farming and Gau Palan (taking care of cows) for two years. I did not sit free because I’ve been used to working all these years. So, my dad made me learn all these things. I worked closely around nature. I also did a Gujarati film and ads. My two years have been amazing.”
When asked if she misses Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah and her character of Anjali, the actress said, “I don’t miss Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah or my character Anjali because she is always with me. Like my parents are in my heart the same way, the show stays in my heart. Audiences have always loved, supported my character ATM (Anjali Taarak Mehta), and still get all the love and support. This play is just an extension of my personality. I belong to my audience, be it

Neha refrained from commenting on controversies surrounding Taarak Mehta or Producer,

, “(Taarak Producer) They are my elders, guardians and my father always says that never forget what you are and only show your true personality. Maine jahan par kaam kiya wahan hum banke kaam kiya so I would not like to ever comment anything about that place. I would fight but I would never bad mouth. I’ve nothing against anyone. As a producer I feel work has to go on. I just have all the love for everyone,” she concluded.
