The country’s largest electric car manufacturer, Tata Motors, has launched the newest iteration of its highly popular EV SUV, the Nexon EV. The company will be announcing the price for this new model on September 14. Until then, the company has revealed all the other details about this SUV. Tata Motors has loaded the new Nexon EV with a ton of new features. If you are one of those individuals who would like to know about them, here are some of the supercool features of the new 2023 Nexon EV facelift:
Full-width front LED DRL
The first of the supercool features on the new 2023 Tata Nexon EV facelift is the full-width LED DRL bar on the front. The same LED DRL on the ICE Nexon facelift does not connect, and this creates a differentiating factor between the two models. An additional feature of this LED DRL is that it acts as a charging indicator of how much the car’s battery has charged.
Massive 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system

The new Nexon EV facelift gets a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system. This is one of the biggest touchscreen systems in any sub-compact SUV. This particular screen is even bigger than the 10.25-inch touchscreen display on the Nexon facelift. This screen will have some of the clearest graphics in any Indian automobile. The car will also get Alexa voice assistant.
Vehicle-to-vehicle and Vehicle-to-Load charging capabilities
Two of the coolest features on the new Nexon EV facelift are the V2V (Vehicle-to-vehicle) and V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) charging capabilities. The new 2023 Nexon EV facelift will be able to charge other EV vehicles with a maximum power output of 5 kW. It will also be able to power up other gadgets with a maximum power output of 3 kW.
JBL Cinematic sound system
For the new Nexon range, Tata Motors has partnered up with JBL to provide the new Nexon and Nexon EV facelifts with some of the best audio systems available in the country. The Nexon EV facelift will come with a spatial 360 3D surround sound experience. This system will consist of 9 speakers from JBL, including an external sub-woofer and various audio modes.
360-degree camera
The Nexon EV facelift, just like the new Nexon facelift, will also get a 360-degree reverse parking camera. This system allows the driver to have a bird’s eye view of the car and allows for better parking. This helps in decreasing the amount of dents and dings caused due to a lack of vision of all sides of a car.
Arcade.ev
Another one of the supercool features of the new 2023 Nexon EV facelift is the Arcade.ev suite. This feature allows the Nexon EV facelift’s massive touchscreen infotainment system to stream OTT platforms such as Disney+Hotstar and Amazon Prime Video along with YouTube inside the car itself with a WiFi hotspot. This feature, however, only works when the car is parked.
