Television star Tejasswi Prakash graced an event in a black latex dress looking gorgeous. A video went viral where Tejasswi can be seen coming out of the event and getting mobbed by paparazzi. In the chaos, a photographer also fell down as he lost his balance. Although security guards were trying their best to make sure that the paparazzi do not come too close to the actress, one of them misbehaved with the paps.
