A local Taiwanese restaurant has caused quite a stir on the internet with its bizarre dish. The eatery has gained a lot of attention lately for serving a bowl of ramen noodles garnished with an unexpected ingredient—a crocodile leg!
According to Taiwan News, a restaurant in Douliu City, Yunlin County, called Nu Wu Mao Kuei, introduced its unique “Godzilla” ramen, which features crocodile meat as the star element. The report explains that the dish involves the front leg of a crocodile being steamed or braised to create the “Godzilla” ramen.

The restaurant actively promoted its new creation through several videos, which are shared on its Facebook page. In one of the posts, they mentioned that the dish is available for pre-order.
The restaurant also shared a video showcasing a young female customer enjoying the dish and providing a positive review. She described the braised meat as reminiscent of pork feet, while the steamed version tasted like chicken.

This is not the first time Taiwan has witnessed a viral food sensation involving unusual ingredients. Just last month, a ramen restaurant in Taipei gained international attention by topping their noodle bowls with enormous isopods—a captivating 14-legged deep-sea creature.

Reportedly, the crocodiles used in the dish are sourced from a farm in Taitung, and the price for a bowl of this extraordinary ramen is set at 1,500 New Taiwan dollars (around INR 3900).
