Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham are amongst the biggest movers and shakers in the transfer window already. The Gunners were initially told they must still improve their huge £105m bid for Declan Rice, but Manchester City have now ended their interest in the West Ham captain and Arsenal are close to agreeing a deal. Mikel Arteta will also soon welcome Kai Havertz into his squad and is increasingly confident of adding Jurrien Timber from Ajax too.
Over at Chelsea, Moises Caicedo appears to be the main target and personal terms have reportedly been agreed with the Brighton midfielder. Their coffers could also be boosted with another big sale, with Manchester United understood to at last be closing in on a move for Mason Mount.

PSG still interested in Kane
PSG have not given up hope of signing Harry Kane this summer.
Bayern Munich are currently leading the race to sign the Tottenham striker, with it claimed that they are preparing an £80m bid after agreeing personl terms.
However, Le Parisien report that PSG are willing to offer Kane a higher salary than Bayern and outbid the German side, in an attempt to bring the 29-year-old to France.
Redknapp: No chance Kane moves to Bayern
Tottenham fans have been told Harry Kane is “certain” to stay at the club this summer.
Bayern Munich are interested in a move for the England captain, who is ready to move to the German giants if they can agree a fee with Spurs.
However, former Spurs boss Harry Redknapp believes the England captain is destined to stay at his boyhood club for the rest of his top-level career.
“Family would be the all-important thing for him, so there’s no chance he’s going to Bayern Munich. He’ll be staying at Tottenham,” he told BBC Radio Wales.
“He’s not going to want to go to Germany – he’s not taking his family over there, not a chance. So if he stays here, unless you go to Manchester City, you’re not guaranteed to win anything.”
Man United ready to negotiate Mount deal
Manchester United have decided to return to the negotiation table with Chelsea over Mason Mount.
The Telegraph report that United will not go near Chelsea’s counter offer of £65million – made up of £57m plus £8m in add-ons – but are prepared to reassess their initial £55m bid.
It is understood that both clubs are keen for a deal to go through and hope a resolution can be met before Mount is scheduled to return for pre-season.
Loftus-Cheek set for Milan medical
Ruben Loftus-Cheek is expected in Milan tomorrow to undergo a medical.
The midfielder will complete his move from Chelsea, joining AC Milan for a fee in the region of £15m after finalising those medical checks, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The summer clearout at Stamford Bridge continues, before the focus shifts to incomings.
Man City enter Veiga race
Manchester City are reportedly interested in a move for Gabri Veiga.
They are now on the hunt for a new midfield target, after pulling out of the race to sign Declan Rice following Arsenal’s £105m bid.
Fabrizio Romano reports that City have joined Liverpool and Chelsea in considering the 21-year-old, who has a €40m release clause.
Bayern prepare fresh Kane bid
Bayern Munich are set to make an improved offer for Harry Kane.
Ben Jacobs reports that an £80m bid is set to be sent to Tottenham, with it hoped that it is enough to test Daniel Levy’s resolve.
However, Spurs continue to insist they will reject all bids for Kane this summer.

The 31-year-old, who joined Arsenal in January from Chelsea, has admitted the title collapse was tough to take but he believes Mikel Arteta’s young squad can use it as a lesson.
Jorginho has been linked with a move to Lazio this summer, however he plans to stay in north London and help mount another title charge.
“To be honest, I was surprised but really happy by how welcome I was, how (Arsenal) treated me when I came in,” Jorginho told Standard Sport.
“It just made everything so much easier for me to know more people to integrate in the team. So it was really, really, really good and I am really, really happy.
“I’m very happy to stay at Arsenal to be honest. Those rumours, I’m not sure who was behind it, to be honest, but nothing at the moment has happened to me. I’m quite happy where I am.
Final Rice detail discussed
Arsenal and West Ham continue to negotiate the finer details of a £105m bid for Declan Rice.
Fabrizio Romano reports that the Gunners’ offer would see them pay the guaranteed £100m over four years, with West Ham wanting that amount paid in 18 months.
Arsenal remain confident of reaching an agreement, with this the final issue to be resolved.
Russo speaks out on speculation
Alessia Russo admits dealing with speculation over her future has been “tough”, as she closes in on a move to Arsenal, writes Simon Collings.
The England striker has rejected an offer to sign a new contract at Manchester United and will become free agent from Saturday.
Russo is set to join Arsenal in what will be one of the most high-profile moves ever in the women’s game in this country. Arsenal had two bids for the 24-year-old rejected in January but are now set to secure her signing.
“Towards the end of the season it was tough and the summer has been tough,” said Russo, when asked about the speculation surrounding her future.
“You don’t like things in the media about you but that’s football and that’s the state of the women’s game.
Winks set for £10m move
Harry Winks is closing in on a move to Leicester.
The 27-year-old spent last season on loan at Sampdoria and is now set to complete a permanent switch to Leicester, in a separate deal to Tottenham’s signing of James Maddison.
