JE Technology Desk: Oneplus, a Chinese smartphone maker, is reportedly planning to launch the highly-anticipated OnePlus Fold and OnePlus Nord 3 5G smartphone in the upcoming months. While several leaks have drawn massive eyeballs in media reports, a tipster has added dates to the possible launch timeline of these phones.

Taking to Twitter, tipster Abhishek Yadav said that Nord 3 smartphone may release on or after June 16. On the other hand, the foldable phone will likely debut before August 19, claims Yadav. These tips match the leaks in the past. The difference is now we have dates for a more precise idea of the release.

The dates draw parallels with OnePlus’s recently announced event: OnePlus Road Trip Futurebound. The poster has the tagline – “Re-embark to the best of OnePlus” with an image of a truck.

Moving on, to give a glimpse of the leaks concerning the OnePlus Fold and OnePlus Nord 3 5G, here are the tipped specification/price of both phones.

OnePlus Fold Specifications (Expected)

The upcoming foldable could have an 8-inch OLED QHD+ main screen and a 6.5-inch FHD+ with 120Hz refresh rate, hint reports. For performance, the phone may have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, up to 16GB RAM and 512 internal storage. It will likely run on Android 13 on top of OxygenOS 13. To power the internals, a 4800mAh battery with 80W charging could be there. A 50MP + 48MP + 32MP back camera with a 32MP front camera will likely be there.

The phone may have a 6.74 inch 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED screen. Under the hood, the Nord 3 could have a Dimensity 9000 chipset. The smartphone may run on Android 13. To power the internals, a 5000mAh battery with 80W charging will be there on the phone. It could feature a 50MP +8MP + 2MP back camera and a 16MP front camera. As per Yogesh Brar, the phone may debut in the sub-Rs-30,000 price bracket.

OnePlus Nord 3 will likely be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Ace 2V. Secondly, the OnePlus Fold could be a rehashed OPPO Find N3.
