Taking to Instagram, Parineeti’s bestie Manish Malhotra congratulated the duo on their engagement! Sharing an unseen snap of Raghav and Parineeti embracing each other, the fashion designer wrote, “Congratulations @parineetichopra and @raghavchadha88 lots of love to you’ll on your engagement…classic elegance and an evening of love and Parineeti my dear gorgeous in the custom made IvoryBlush pearl ensemble,” along with a bunch of red heart emojis. For the unversed, the B-town diva had opted for an ivory desi ensemble designed by the one and only fashion designer Manish Malhotra for her big day. While her dress featured little embroidery, the sleeve ends of her outfit were covered in pearls. Even Pari’s dupatta featured pearls along with floral designs. With a mangtika, earrings and a huge ring, the actress finished off her engagement look.

Aam Aadmi Party leader Raghav Chadha and B-town diva Parineeti Chopra finally exchanged wedding rings on May 13 at Kapurthala House in New Delhi. While the duo had maintained much secrecy over the engagement, just a day before the festivities Parineeti’s aunt and Priyanka Chopra’s mother Dr. Madhu Chopra confirmed the news, saying, “I am very happy for Parineeti and Raghav. With all our blessings.” Numerous celebs and political figures including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Manish Malhotra and Priyanka Chopra.
