Two new specialty health practices are now open in Suffolk County.
Northwell Health Physician Partners has opened new multispecialty practices in Setauket and Port Jefferson, with a focus on specialized care.
The Setauket office, at 3 Technology Drive, is a $1.8 million, 6,240-square-foot practice, featuring internal medicine and urology, eight physicians and 14 staff members.
The Port Jefferson office, at 815 Hallock Ave., is a $500,000, 5,635-square-foot practice. Its medical services include: breast surgery, cardiology (electrophysiology and invasive-interventional), nephrology, neurology, neurosurgery, OB/GYN as well as plastic and reconstructive surgery. The office features 18 physicians and 16 staff members.
“Northwell Health Physician Partners continues to grow its physician clinical care footprint in Suffolk County,” Dr. Mark Talamini, senior vice president and executive director of this arm of Northwell Health, said in a statement.
“These two convenient locations on the North Shore will bring additional Northwell quality physician services to the vibrant, excellent quality of life communities of Setauket and Port Jefferson,” he added.
“We are very excited to open these two new offices in the Mather market,” Joseph Baglio, senior vice president and ambulatory operations officer for Northwell Health’s Eastern region, said in a statement.
“These state of the art facilities allow us to bring new and expanded services to this growing community and support the strategic growth at Mather Hospital,” he added.
