Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu the most veteran politician in Telugu politics, has never shown any intention to move to the center and leave the state.
His approach has always been simple and straightforward: his primary focus and interest lie in the development of Andhra Pradesh.

Currently attending the World Economic Forum in Davos, Naidu was questioned by a national media reporter about whether he would leave the state to join Narendra Modi’s cabinet as a minister.
Naidu gave a clear and firm response, stating, “Not at all.” He emphasized that he is focused on rebuilding Andhra Pradesh, as the people have placed their faith in him. His goal is to revive and develop the state.

Despite this response, the reporter pressed further, asking what he would do if Narendra Modi personally requested him to join the cabinet. Naidu reiterated that the question does not arise.
He explained that as a member of the NDA, he is always available to support Modi in whatever capacity he can, but his priority remains Andhra Pradesh.

Chandrababu Naidu once again clarified that he has no plans to leave the state for a central role, reaffirming his commitment to Andhra Pradesh. While some speculate he might move to the Center to elevate Lokesh to his position in the state, this statement should put those rumors to rest.
