Aamir Khan is preparing to bounce back with Sitaare Zameen Par, which is currently in the filming process. As per the latest update, the shooting will resume in Gujarat and it is supposed to happen for five days between January 21 and 25.
While further updates are currently awaited, the film is reported to be a spiritual sequel to Taare Zameen Par, which has helped to create some hype among the audience.

Aamir has also said during an interview that although Sitaare Zameen Par won’t feature a very intense tone, it will leave the audience in tears. He mentioned that there will be a lot of elements that will keep the viewers engaged, including humor.
Compared to Taare Zameen Par, the upcoming film is going to focus on ten people dealing with different challenges. However, Aamir has still not revealed much about the basic storyline and audiences have to wait until the film’s release at Christmas this year.

Christmas has always been a lucky time for Aamir since his films have always worked on this occasion. On the other hand, there are still a lot of obstacles standing in front of him.
Aamir undoubtedly has managed to accumulate a huge fanbase over the years.

But it seems like his fans are not satisfied with the kind of films that he is working on, specifically after the COVID-19 pandemic. This is also one of the reasons why Laal Singh Chaddha flopped.
Aamir is a big superstar and his fans possibly want him to attempt something that does not just appeal to the multiplex audiences. People still want to see him doing films like Ghajini or 3 Idiots.
Sitaare Zameen Par is said to be a remake of a Spanish film. But a simple remake is taking more than two years to get completed. The reasons behind the same remain unknown and if the output is not up to the mark, it will add another flop to Aamir’s filmography.
Considering what Aamir has said about Sitaare Zameen Par, it might be able to attract audiences to the big screen. But in case it fails to do that, Aamir has to approach people like Rajkumar Hirani or Aditya Chopra if he is willing to maintain his stardom.
