She has appeared in blockbuster hit Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and is speculated to appear in a wide range of films in the coming years. However, recent rumours suggested that she was dropped from Anurag Basu’s next Aashiqui 3.
It is a sequel of the superhit franchise and she was supposed to work alongside Kartik Aryan. Netizens claimed that she was dropped because she lacked “purity in her demeanor”.

Fans were outraged by these rumours and showed massive support for her to fight all the negative campaigns. In a recent cryptic post on her social media Triptii can be seen expressing gratitude for all the goodness and love present in the world despite the negativity.
Even Anurag Basu clarified that such claims are ridiculous. While nothing official has been released yet, fans hope that Triptii still plays the lead in Aashiqui 3.
